Got a flat tire on I-35 on Sunday. Another garage 's inexperienced tech said the Wheel studs were damaged- cross threaded lugs. Had to tow the car to K & K for emergency fix. K & K was closed on Sunday. But Mr. Kokel came and found out both the wheel stud and lug nuts were in good shape. Only some harden grease inside the wheel lug nuts caused the problem. After cleaning the harden grease, the tire was put on the wheel smoothly. Very appreciate for Mr. Kokel 's knowledge and kindness of not charging for this emergency fix. High recommended!

My husband and I were on our way home from San Antonio for a weekend get away on 12/12/22 when we got rear ended on Frontage Rd in Georgetown. We were 4 1/2 hours from home and pretty shook up from the accident. It was misting rain and cold outside, Leon (I think that was his name) was so accommodating to our needs. He was very empathic and took us to a car rental place and stuck around to make sure we were able to get a ride back home. He also assisted in helping us clean out my car. My husband offered him some money, he refused. I just want to say Thank you Leon, during a horrible time of our day, you were the light!!

Have used K & K for years, both as a towing company and repair facility. The latest circumstance was typical. I noticed an oil leak on one eof our vehicles and dropped by K&K to have it checked. Leon put the car on a lift found a drain plug that had been incorrectly installed from the last oil change at a quick lube type place. Within a few minutes, he repaired the damaged part and had the. Ive taken every vehicle Ive owned over the last 10+ years to Leon for repairs, both minor & major. Hes never made me feel intimidated or taken advantage of & everything hes fixed has been do so correctly & relatively inexpensively. If youre looking for someone who wont bullsh!t you, turning to bully you into paying for unnecessary/unneeded repairs, I highly recommend these folks!!

Leon was very helpful, they came and picked me up right before closing when my car broke down on 35. They communicated with my husband while I was out of town on what work they could do for my truck (which apparently had a broken gas gage and I just ran out of gas, ha!) - but while they were looking at it they noticed some other work it needed, and their suggestions passed the husband test of scrutiny. Minus one point for the cigarette smoke on the tow truck ride - I'm pregnant and thought I might throw up. Also a beer can in the cupholder didn't make me feel all that safe.
